Purpose
PHL Career Portal live workshops are offered at no cost to support equitable access to career exploration, skill development, and workforce readiness resources for career seekers. These Terms and Conditions establish expectations for participation and help ensure a respectful, fair, and effective learning environment for all participants.

Registration and Admission
Registration for a live workshop does not guarantee admission. Admission may be limited based on, but not limited to, workshop capacity, facilitator discretion, late arrival, duplicate registrations, excessive or repeated participation in similar workshops, or operational considerations. PHL Career Portal reserves the right to manage attendance to ensure fair and reasonable access for all participants.

Fair Use of Free Services
Live workshops are a free public service intended to benefit a broad audience. To promote equitable access, PHL Career Portal may limit or restrict participation by individuals whose attendance exceeds reasonable use, including repeated registration for the same or similar workshops. These limits are applied to ensure opportunities are available to all career seekers.

Technology and Connectivity
Participants are responsible for their own internet connection, devices, software, and technical readiness. PHL Career Portal is not responsible for technical issues outside of its control, including platform outages, connectivity issues, device compatibility, or user error. Technical difficulties do not guarantee admission, reentry, or make-up sessions.

Professional Conduct
All participants are expected to engage respectfully and professionally with facilitators, staff, and other attendees. Disruptive, abusive, harassing, or inappropriate behavior, including in audio, video, chat, or follow-up communications, may result in removal from the workshop and/or restriction from future participation.  For all questions, concerns, or requests for additional support, participants are expected to use the designated PHL Career Portal Help Desk or official support channel. Direct outreach to facilitators outside of scheduled workshop sessions is not permitted unless explicitly instructed.

Attendance Expectations
Participants are expected to join workshops on time and remain for the duration of the session. Late arrivals may not be admitted once a workshop has started. Attendance requirements may apply for participation credit or certificates, where applicable.

No Guarantee of Outcomes
Participation in PHL Career Portal workshops does not guarantee employment, interviews, job placement, credentials, certifications, or individualized follow-up services. Workshops provide general information and resources intended to support career development.

Recording and Privacy
Workshops may be recorded for training, quality assurance, or program improvement purposes. By participating, attendees consent to being recorded. Participants are encouraged to limit the sharing of personal or sensitive information during live sessions.

Modifications and Cancellations
PHL Career Portal reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel workshops at any time due to facilitator availability, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Agreement to Terms
By registering for or participating in a PHL Career Portal live workshop, participants acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
